These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and roko11 (the "Platform," "Service," or "Operator"). By creating an account, placing a bet, or using any feature of the roko11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information.
All deposits and wagers are final. Bet only what you can afford to lose. roko11 is entertainment, not a guaranteed income source.
Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, and use of automated betting software are strictly forbidden and may result in account closure.
roko11 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of the event. roko11's decision on disputed bets is final and binding.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use roko11 services. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account on roko11. By registering, you warrant that you have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. roko11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds will be forfeited.
roko11 is operated by an offshore entity and is available to players in Indonesia and other jurisdictions where the use of offshore online betting services is not explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation on roko11 complies with the laws of your country, state, or region. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are prohibited from registering or using roko11 services.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on roko11. Opening multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden. roko11 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Violations will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must provide your real name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number as they appear on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You agree to notify roko11 immediately if any of your personal information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. roko11 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify roko11 support immediately.
Important: roko11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not respond to phishing attempts or fraudulent communications claiming to be from roko11.
roko11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may be credited with a delay.
The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Verified accounts enjoy higher transaction limits. roko11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. The vast majority of withdrawals are approved and dispatched within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, seven days a week). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawal requests will trigger an automatic KYC review and may require submission of identification documents.
Funds deposited alongside a bonus or promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the specific bonus terms. Typically, wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Only bets that settle as a win or loss contribute toward wagering requirements; voided or refunded bets do not count. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
roko11 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international AML standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles with minimal wagering, large cash-outs shortly after registration, or inconsistent betting patterns, will be flagged for manual review. roko11 reserves the right to request additional documentation, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Tip: To ensure the fastest withdrawal processing, complete your KYC verification immediately after your first deposit. Upload a clear photo of your Indonesian KTP (identity card) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address.
All bets placed on roko11 are subject to acceptance by the platform. roko11 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, error, technical malfunction, or violation of maximum stake limits. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip is generated, it is considered accepted and binding.
All sports betting markets are governed by the official rules of the respective sport as determined by the governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a dispute, roko11 will refer to official statistics provided by recognized sports data providers such as Betradar, Opta, or the league's official sources. Bets are settled based on the final official result. Subsequent changes to results (e.g., overturned decisions, disqualifications announced after the match) will not affect already-settled bets unless roko11 determines that the result was obtained through fraudulent means.
If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. For pre-match bets, if one or more selections in a multi-leg accumulator bet is voided, the remaining selections will stand and the void selection will be settled at odds of 1.00 (no win, no loss). For live in-play bets, if the event is abandoned after the market has been resulted (e.g., a goal has been scored and the Full Time Result market has moved), those markets will stand.
In the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect match information, or technical malfunction — roko11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include odds displayed as 1000.00 when they should be 1.10, or a match listed with the wrong teams. roko11 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players, but the decision to void bets due to obvious error is final.
Bonuses and promotions offered by roko11 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the specified criteria (e.g., first-time depositors, players from certain regions, etc.). roko11 reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving bonuses at its sole discretion.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit offers, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), is strictly prohibited. roko11 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently banned, and all balances will be forfeited.
Not all bets contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%, while bets at lower odds contribute a reduced percentage or do not count at all. Casino slots usually contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette, blackjack, and baccarat may contribute 10% or less. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on roko11 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
roko11 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. roko11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Technical issues, server outages, and maintenance downtime may occur from time to time.
roko11 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, government restrictions, internet service provider failures, or cyberattacks. In such cases, affected bets may be voided at roko11's discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, roko11's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. roko11 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting roko11 customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance, provided all wagering requirements have been met and your account is in good standing. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.
roko11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform. In such cases, roko11 may withhold or forfeit your account balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roko11 is licensed. Any disputes arising from your use of roko11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact roko11 customer support in writing (via email at [email protected]) within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the issue to roko11's management team. roko11's decision on all disputes is final and binding.
roko11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the roko11 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification where feasible.
